Experience the Magic and Wonder of Herbal Medicine
Discover the Magic of Herbs with Pip Waller, a medical herbalist who
qualified in 1989. Pip has a wealth of knowledge and teaching experience,
and has the ability to make the subject really come alive. Each day
will be a mixture of practical and theoretical knowledge, with time
spent outside gathering herbs, as well as indoors in discussion and
medicine making - each day you will go home with a wonderful herbal
product you have made that day. You can come to one or more of the sessions.
Reiki Attunements
Reiki is also known as the USUI SYSTEM OF NATURAL HEALING (Usui Shiko
Ryoho). It was rediscovered in the late 1800s by Dr Usui who studied
ancient texts for many years, then climbed a sacred mountain and fasted
and meditated for twenty-one days, after which he received a vision,
and an initiation from the God-force, or Spirit. Dr. Usui named the
healing energy REIKI, meaning UNIVERSAL LIFE ENERGY There are three
degrees of initiation in Reiki – the first degree opens you up to Reiki
and healing through the laying on of hands. The second degree teaches
the art of distance healing, as well as strengthening the first degree.
I recommend waiting at least one month after first degree initiation
before taking the second degree. The third degree is the Masters – after
this you can initiate others. You need to have been practising Reiki
for some time, and be very dedicated to this path, in order to take
the third degree. The first and second degrees are taught in two half
days over a weekend. Welcome to Reiki. May it bring you as much joy

Soul Retrieval
SOUL RETRIEVAL is an ancient tribal form of healing which is as completely
relevant for us modern humans as it was for our ancestors. Due to trauma,
be it physical, emotional, mental, parts of the soul leave. Sometimes
they don’t come back - they go into non-ordinary reality and may be
stuck or lost, or may not want to return. The resultant soul loss can
affect us in a variety of ways - illness, emotional or mental problems
such as depression, lack of energy and motivation or simply a feeling
of being ‘not quite all there‘. Many of us are suffering in this way
in our increasingly stressful and alienated world. We can call back
our lost soul parts in many ways - as many as there are healing methods.
One way is to allow another person to travel into non-ordinary reality
and bring back the lost parts for us. This is SOUL RETRIEVAL. The basic
method of soul retrieval is the Shamanic Journey. The practitioner gains
experience in consciously travelling in non-ordinary reality, building
relationships with spirit allies who act as guides and helpers in the
quest to find the soul parts. The lost energy is taken hold of, brought
firmly back to ordinary reality and blown into the person. Soul Retrieval
often has amazing results in healing on all levels. On this weekend
we will create sacred space within which to safely explore the journey,
connect with our spirit helpers, and begin to perform energy retrieval.
Previous experience of shamanic work is great but not essential. A follow-on
advanced course for those who want to take things further will being
Feb-March 2008, date to be confirmed. Pip Waller teaches an introductory
weekend, which will enable you to learn an amazing shamanic healing
technique that can transform lives for the better. Those who wish to
take it further can go on to an advanced course, meeting four times
over a nine month period. This advanced course is particularly suited
to those who wish to be practitioners of this healing method, but may
will also be of interest for personal and spiritual development.
Journey To Meet The Plant Spirits
In this introduction to Plant Spirit Medicine, you will journey in the lower and upper worlds to meet Allies to help you connect with plants. Halt the time will be spent outside in nature. Deepen your friendship with the Plant People. Previous experience not essential. Taught by Pip Waller, who has been introducing people to journeying with plants since 1999, and practises 5-element PSM having been taught by renowned healer Eliot Cowan. Space Clearing with Lucy Harmer
Space clearing is used to release all the past energy and memories
of events created by previous occupants of a space, whereby all the
energy patterns and the emotional cycles are released. This leaves you
with a clear and vibrant space filled with a higher frequency of astral
light, thus enabling you to manifest your intentions and dreams in all
areas of your life. Lucy is an outstanding space-clearer, and an eloquent

Massage and Metaphysics with Pip Waller
A postgraduate seminar for massage practitioners, being half advanced massage techniques and half a practical look at 'metaphysics' - creating your own reality. Take a look at your life, figure out what you want, and dream your way to getting it. Other postgraduate massage seminars happen from time to time.

from Colorado sharing the wisdom of her teacher Don Oscar, revealing
the secrets of Peruvian earth medicine - Mesa shamanism; John
Lockley, African Sangoma in the Xhosa tradition; David Winston,
renowned herbalist and Cherokee medicine man; Ron Evans, story teller
and ceremonial leader offering sweatlodge.
